Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all filters, accessories, and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
